Only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted for online orders.

Submitted orders are considered as offers to purchase and acceptance of the offer does not take place until the customer's credit card has been charged and the order has been shipped. is not responsible for incorrect links or pricing errors on our site. In the event of an incorrect price, the customer will be contacted of the error before any action is taken.

In some instances, items ordered may no longer be available. If items ordered are not in stock, the staff will process the items which are available and cancel the remaining items.


Once payment is received, we usually process and then ship orders within two business days. You will be notified if we are unable to process your order within two days.

All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).

UPS does not deliver to APO or PO box addresses. If for any reason, UPS cannot ship to the indicated address, the order will be shipped via US Postal Service at the UPS rates. Foreign orders are shipped via US Postal AirMail

To protect our customers from fraud and/or theft, an adult signature is required upon delivery of all shipments. For customers who are not able to sign for their shipment, you can request in writing (via Email or Letter) that H-Zone allow UPS to leave the package without a signature. Requests can also be made at the time of ordering via the Comments field on the order form. The H-Zone will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments if the customer specifically requested that the package be delivered without a signature.

During the month of December, UPS cannot guarantee delivery of Ground shipments by Christmas. We recommend that you select 2nd Day Air shipping for U.S. Mainland orders. The 2 Day shipping time is in addition to the 2 business days needed for processing time as listed above.

In order to receive shipments by Christmas, we recommend that you place orders before December 11 for Ground shipping and December 18 for 2nd Day Air shipping.

In-store pick up: Wednesday, Dec 21, 2016 (last day to pick up is Christmas Eve, Dec 24, 9:00 -6:00pm, store close). Please allow in-store orders 2 days to process in store. Customer will be contacted by PHONE when ready for pick up. H-Zone Ward Center closed on Christmas Day.

Orders placed after above deadlines may not arrive in time for Christmas.

For International orders, customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes or costs charged by the U.S. Customs department.

UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd Day Air guarantee applies to business days from the date the order is shipped.

For gift purposes, if the name or address indicated on the shipping address differs from the name indicated on the billing address, we will send the receipt to the billing address.

Shipping rates are determined by weight and is calculated in real-time by UPS.

Pickup at Ward Centre H-Zone
Please allow 1 week for order to be processed. Ward Centre H-Zone will notify when order is ready to pick up. Order will be canceled if not picked up within 1 week.
