Return Policy

IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
  • A full merchandise refund will be given in your original form of payment with original receipt (or invoice for web orders)
  • Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and in saleable condition.

 

HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

  • Purchases made between Nov. 1, 2016 — Dec. 31, 2016 have an extended return period through January 31, 2017.  All other terms and conditions of our Return & Exchange policy apply.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE PROCESS BY MAIL

Postmark returns/exchanges to the store within 30 days of receipt with copy of original receipt (or invoice for web order). Customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping/mailing fees.  We are not responsible for lost return/exchange packages. Therefore, we highly recommend that you insure any mailed returns/exchanges. The store will not accept returns/exchanges via COD. The credit for your merchandise will be applied to the form of payment of original purchase. Shipping cannot be refunded except in cases of damaged product or mis-shipped items.  Allow up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
